Emma M. (Kober) Koch-Both, 93 years has passed on to the Lord after an illness at Cedarbrook Hospice. Her parents were Nicholas and Cecelia (Plessl) Kober who traveled from Austria and settled in Allentown. She is predeceased by 8 siblings, Joseph, Frank, Edward, Alfred, Rose, William, Walter and Helen. Emmas grew up in Allentown and married Kenneth Koch, after his passing she was wed to Herbert Both who is also deceased. She was a sewing machine operator for the former Tedlo, Nit-Rit and Sondra factories before retiring in 1980. Survivors: Son, Robert C. Koch and his wife Jean M. (Harsch) of 46 years; granddaughters, Karen wife of Yusuf Sahin of Emmaus and Kathi wife of Michael Tomcics of Whitehall; great-grandchildren, Joseph and Kaylee Davies of Emmaus; niece, Jane (Kober) Lagosky and son Michael as well as many other nieces and nephews. May Emma find peace and serenity with the Lord. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 am Friday at the Cathedral of St. Catherine of Siena. Call 10-11:00 am in the church.
