Elsie M. Kustafik, 99, of Royersford, PA, previously of Allentown, passed away August 19, 2018. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Mathias and Elizabeth (Spahitz) Decker. Elsie was preceded in death by her loving husband, John F. Kustafik Sr.

SURVIVORS:  She is survived by her four children, John F. Kustafik Jr. and his wife Carole, Michele, wife of the late James Abraham, David Kustafik and his wife Suellen, and Martin Kustafik; her grandchildren: Matthew, Jon, Wendy, Kyle, Derek, and Nicole; four great-grandchildren, and her brother, Alfred Decker.

In addition to her parents and husband, Elsie was preceded in death by two brothers, William and Frank Decker, and her sister, Hilda Peste.

SERVICES: A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 10AM at Weber Funeral Home 502 Ridge Avenue Allentown, PA followed by burial.
