Edward M. Riovo, 82, of Allentown, passed away on Wed. Aug. 24 th . Born in 1934, he was one of five children born to Jos and Anna (Orban) Riovo. He was predeceased by his parents, his wife, Pegianne (Williams) Riovo, his brothers; Jos and Ralph Riovo, his sisters; CarmelitaGorens and Dolores Dalton and his grandson, Jesse Wheeler. He is survived by his three children; Rickie and Todd Riovo and Pamala Wheeler, his granddaughters; Rebecca and Starr Riovo and Rachael McDonald, two great-grandchildren, Hunter and Mekenzie and his nephew and nieces. A graduate of Wm. Allen HS, Ed was co-owner of H&E Concrete and president of Riovo, Inc., Riovo Farms, and Slab Concrete. Known for his sense of humor, Ed was also an avid fisherman and hunter who was fond of showing others his trophies and telling engaging stories about his adventures. Services will be held Sat., Aug. 27 th at 11:00am, Christ Lutheran Church, 1245 Hamilton St. Allentown.
