Edward S. Horn Jr., of Coopersburg, passed away on November 30 at the age of 58. He was born in Pottstown, Pa to the late: Rev. Edward S. Horn Sr. and Dorothy (Emminger) and has been married for the past 36 years to his loving wife Pamela. Edward graduated in 1968 from Pottstown High School. He then went on to graduate from Susquehanna University, in 1972 with a B.A. in History. While there he was a varsity wrestler for 4 years, President of Phi Mu Delta Fraternity, Edward then attended the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and the Stonier School of Banking at the University of Delaware from 1989-1991.Edward served as the treasurer of the Lansdale Jaycees and the Soleco swim team, coached in the Southern Lehigh Soccer League and was a member of the Appalachian Mountain Club and the Appalachian Trail Conservancy. He was a member of the U.S. Naval Reserves and the Sea Bees from 1972-1978.Edward had been a member of St. Peters Lutheran Church in North Wales. He worked as a commercial lender in Bucks, Montgomery, Lehigh and Northampton counties. Edward had great love of his family, hiking, and was a fan of both the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies. Survivors: Wife Pamela Dolin Horn, 3 Sons: Eric Emminger Horn of Harrisburg, Jeffrey Dolin Horn of Agoura Hills, Ca, and Edward Soleliac Horn III of Coopersburg. Brother Charles Horn of Hatfield, Pa Step Sister Barbara Kepler of Valley Forge, Pa. Nieces and Nephews. Services: A visitation will be held on Wednesday December 3 from 6-8PM at Norcross-Weber Funeral Home, Coopersburg. A memorial service will be held on Thursday December 4 at 11am at Chestnut Hill UCC in Coopersburg.
