Dorothy C. Stelmack
Dorothy C. Stelmack, 88 of Allentown, devoted mother and grandmother, passed in the loving arms of her family on September 21, 2010 at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, with whom she resided, and who lovingly took care of her. Dorothy was the wife of the late Carl Stelmack who died in 2001. Born in Johnstown, PA, Dorothy was the daughter of Nicholas and Anna (Stofko) Kovalchik. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, Orefield, PA.
Survivors: Son, Carl B. and his wife Cathy of Allentown. Daughters; Arlene, wife of William Castagna of North Port, FL and Marsha Bearn of Emmaus. Sisters; Irene Nosko and Verna Licastro of Johnstown, PA. Grandchildren; Holly, wife of Ryan Licata; Rhonda Castagna, Amy Bearn, Sarah, wife of Kyle Davis, Heather, wife of Nicholas Boehmer, Jeana Stelmack and Jonathan Bearn. Nieces & Nephews. Dorothy was predeceased by a brother; Stephen Kovalchik. Sisters; Mary Weiss, Elizabeth Viskovich, Helen Golias, Margaret Kovalchik and Anne Bieniasz.
Services: Friends will be received on Monday, September 27th from 9:30am to 11:30am at Weber Funeral Home 1619 Hamilton St. Allentown. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 12:00Noon in St. Joseph the Worker Church in Orefield, PA. Entombment will follow at Grandview Cemetery Mausoleum.
