Dorothy, 85, of Whitehall, passed away on January 30, 2015. She was born in Wilkes-Barre on September 1, 1930 to the late Bernard S. and Catherine M. (Scupski) Sokolsky. She spent 58 years of marriage with her loving husband, Gordon Upton, and loved visiting casinos, walks at Trexler Park, shopping, and soap operas. She is predeceased by her siblings Richard and Eleanor Sokolsky.

Survivors: Husband Gordon; son Michael Upton and wife Jean; daughter Karen Kleinert and husband Gregory; grandchildren Alexander and Nicholas Kleinert and Benjamin and Samantha Upton; brother Bernard Sokolsky; and many other loving family and friends.
