Dorothy E. Berosh, 77, of Allentown, passed away peacefully August 18, 2024. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Joan (Felce) Cowley. Dorothy was preceded in passing by her husband, Joseph J. Berosh in 1989.

Dorothy graduated from Dieruff High School, class of 1965. During her time at school, she was a letterman swimmer and participated in synchronized swimming. Outside of school, she was an avid bowler, continuing on to bowl for over 20 years with her late husband.

After graduating, she worked for Western Telephone and was a rural carrier for USPS for over 40 years until her retirement in 2012.

She will be remembered by her companion of many years, Joseph Hacker Jr.; children: Heather, wife of Joseph Bauer and Eric Berosh and his wife, Kathy; a daughter in law, Rachel Berosh. Grandchildren: Joseph Berosh, Maxwell Berosh, Constantine Bauer, Karissa Berosh, Noah Bauer, and Hailey Berosh.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in passing by two sons, Christopher and Shawn Berosh, and her two sisters, Elsie (Cowley) Luckenbach and Patricia Cowley.

Services will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dorothy's name to the Humane Society of Lehigh County.
