Deborah Elizabeth Gava-Erie, 43, died peacefully at her residence surrounded by her loving family on December 29, 2010. Born in Landstuhl, Germany, she was a daughter of Enrico G. and Barbara E. (Heilman) Gava. She was the wife of Carl Erie, Jr. for 17 years. She was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel/Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Allentown. She was employed as a nursing technician for Lehigh Valley Health Network and previously Whitehall Manor. With her husband, she owned and operated the Professional Building Coffee Shop from 1992 - 2001. She loved taking care of people, especially her children.

Whitehall Twp.; Grandparents, Homer and Elizabeth Heilman of Allentown; Sisters, Andrea, wife of Bill Hess of Downingtown, PA and Sue, wife of Rich Heiserman of Lansdale, PA; Nieces, Camryn, Cassidy, Morgan, and Emma; Nephews, Dillon, Devon, and Derek; and many other relatives and friends.
