David John Williams, 83, passed away Aug. 21 at Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest. Born in Allentown he was a son of the late Elmo and Josephine Williams. David was the husband of the late Agnes (Kennedy) who passed in 2004. He was employed by the City of Allentown as a planner in the engineering dept. for 25 yrs. prior to his retirement in 1983. He proudly served in the Army during WWII in the Pacific Theatre. He was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church in Allentown. He had also been a long time member of the Fearless Fire Co. Survivors: Granddaughters, Lynda Stanonis of Howell, MI, and Karen Norton of Alexandria, VA; stepson, Calvin Sandt of Alexandria, VA; two great grandchildren.
