David Michael Petzold, 32, of Coopersburg, died Nov. 9, 2006 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was the husband of Jessica Petzold. Born in Bristol, PA; he was a son of Carl and Patricia Petzold. He was a member of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, Colesville. He was a police officer for the Upper Saucon Police Department and former special agent for the FBI. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge #35, and the Masons.
Survivors: his wife; his parents; children, Sarah, Samantha, and Jonathan; 6 siblings; and 9 nieces and nephews
Services: Mass of Christian Burial, 10:00 AM Tuesday, November 14, 2006, at DeSales University, Billera Hall, Preston Lane and Landis Mill Road, Center Valley, PA. Viewing: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Monday, Nov. 13, 2006 DeSales University, Billera Hall. Services entrusted to Norcross-Weber Funeral Home, P.C., Coopersburg.
Contributions: In Lieu of flowers, checks may be made payable to the David Petzold Memorial Fund and sent to The Upper Saucon Police Department, 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, PA 18034.
