David A. Comfort
David A. Comfort, 84, of Emmaus, passed away on November 28, 2011 at St. Luke's Hospital, Allentown. Born in Boston, MA; he was a son of the late Andrew and Eleanor (Dean) Cornfoot. He was the loving husband of Anna B. (Taylor) Comfort for over 59 years. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Allentown. He was employed by the Hartford Insurance Group.
Survivors: Wife; Sons, David A. Comfort, Jr., husband of Cynthia of Coopersburg and Andrew S. Comfort of Macungie; Sister, Andrea Heywood of Vidalia, GA; Grandchildren, Christina M. and Rebecca A. Comfort. He was predeceased by a sister, Ruth Wezivitz of Lee, MA.
Services: 11:00 AM, Sat., Dec. 3, 2011 at Norcross-Weber Funeral Home, 101-B N. Main St., Coopersburg, PA. Viewing: 10:00 AM, Saturday until time of services at the funeral home. Interment will follow at St. Paul's Blue Church Cemetery, Coopersburg. (www.weberfuneralhomes.com)
