Clara Marie Louise Bower "Tootie" was born December 22, 1934 in Allentown, Pa to Ruth Louella (Boyer) Bower and William George Bower Sr.. She was the youngest of seven siblings (Louise Kane, Charles Brandle, John Brandle, Miriam Host, Estelle Westwood, William Bower Jr.) and attended William Allen High School. She met her best friend and the love of her life, Robert Gene Stallman on the Yellow Roller Coaster at Dorney Park in August of 1951. They Married on September 6,1952. Survivors: They had two children, Steven and Cheryl. Tootie enjoyed various activities. Tootie was a family woman; she and Gene loved to travel during their retirement, often visiting family.

She is survived by her husband Robert Gene, her sister Miriam (Howard) Host, son Steven (DeLois) Stallman and daughter Cheryl (Leonard) Muth, Grandchildren Soren and Solvei Stallman, Tammy Palacios, Audrey (Richard) Kovacs, Tabitha (William) Pezoldt, Adam Mackes, Kimberly (Chad) Malsch and Kelly Muth, 14 Great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson.

Services: Services will be held on Monday March 30,2015 at Weber Funeral Home 1619 Hamilton St Allentown PA 18102. Calling hours are from 9am to 10am. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery 1441 Roth Ave, Allentown Pa 18102
