Clara A. Badesso (Montagner) 92, of Allentown, passed away on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 in the comfort of her home surrounded by her family. She was the loving wife of Angelo Badesso.

Born in Allentown, Clara was the daughter of the late Anthony and Augusta Montagner (Antoniazzi). She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. Clara was active in the church assisting festivals and other church activities. She was a member of the Northern Italian Association. Clara was an artist and pianist. Her snow sculptures and window paintings were featured by local news.

SURVIVORS:  In addition to her husband Angelo, Clara is survived by her sons; Richard w/ Eileen, Stephen, Dennis and Gerald w/ Kim, Sisters; Rose Bundra w/ Donald, Mary Gober and Rena Berg w/ Erich. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. A special thanks for Corrine for taking care of Clara for three years.

SERVICES:

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 1046 W. Cedar St., Allentown PA 18102, on Monday, February 12, 2018 at 11am. Family and friends may call on Sunday February 11, 2018 from 2-4pm at WEBER FUNERAL HOME, 1619 Hamilton Blvd. Allentown PA18102 and again on Monday at Church from 10am until the start of Mass. Entombment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Francis of Assisi Church Sanctuary Fund.
