Christine H. Simon of Alburtis, passed away peacefully on February 12th, at the age of 86. She was born in Bethlehem, PA to the late Reed and Arcilla (Nagle) Hess, and was predeceased by her late husband Norman Simon of 62 years. Christine was a loving mother to their two children, and a wonderful grandmother. She worked as a secretary for Lehigh University and was a member of St. Joseph's Calvary Catholic Church.

Christine is survived by sons Jeffrey Simon and Barry Simon; grandchildren Bristol and Andrew "A.J." Simon; sister Phillis Sinko; and sister-in-law Helen Mohl. In addition to her husband, she is predeceased by her brother Ronald Hess; sister Lorraine Hansel; grandchild Stephen Simon; sisters-in-law Lillian Erdman and Marie Mondschein.

Services for Christine will be held February 21st at St. Joseph's Calvary Church, 5050 Saint Josephs Rd. Coopersburg, PA. 18036. A viewing will be held from 9:15 a.m. to 10 a.m., with a funeral service to begin at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at St. Joseph's Calvary Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Christine's memory to the Parkinson's Foundation.
