Christine M. Medl
Christine M. (Feiertag) Medl 96, died on October 11, 2008 in Liberty Nursing and Rehab Center. Christine was predeceased by her husband Joseph A. Medl. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Cecelia Feiertag; she was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Allentown.
Survivors: Son: Joseph E. Medl and his wife Gloria. Daughters: Margaret, wife of Gustav Kanz, Rosemarie Balado, and Lorraine wife of Arthur Layton. Eight grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Services: A private viewing was followed by a Mass of Christian burial at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. Memorials in her memory can be sent to, Memorial Fund, St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church 11th & Washington Sts. Allentown, PA 18102. On-line condolences can be made to www.weberfuneralhomes.com
