Charles William Schrammel, 88, of Allentown, passed away July 16, 2024. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Paul and Anna (Rockovits) Schrammel. Charles is survived by his loving wife, Sherry; the two celebrated their 46 wedding anniversary on July 15th.

Charles served in the US Navy and Marine Corps during the Korean conflict. After, he went on to work for Western Electric (now AT&T) for 32 years until his retirement. His passions included running, biking, gardening, and reading.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 from 9:30AM until the service at 10:30AM, all at Weber Funeral Homes 502 Ridge Avenue Allentown, PA 18102. Burial with military honors to follow at Cedar Hill Memorial Park in Allentown.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
