Cecelia Kovacs, 96, passed away Dec. 12, at Manor Care in Bethlehem. Born in Allentown she was a daughter of the late John and Cecelia (Schott) Wilgruber. She was the wife of Frank Kovacs Sr. who passed in 1992. Survivors: Son, Frank Jr. and wife Barbara; three grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; siblings, Bernard Wilgruber and Margaret Brunner.
