Carol Ann Duda, age 78, of Whitehall, passed away peacefully on February 25, 2021.  She was born February 5, 1943 in Nanticoke. Carol is survived by her brother Anthony Skirmont of Connecticut, sister Lori Skirmont Scott of Florida, her devoted children, son Steven Duda, Allentown and daughter Tina Duda Wittman and her husband Paul, Allentown, along with many cherished nieces and nephews Susanne, Matthew, Colleen, Kristy and Kari.

Carol was a friendly, kind and compassionate woman.  She was well-educated, earning a Master's Degree.  She worked for 42 years as a teacher, social worker, and advocate for people with disabilities.

Carol enjoyed reading, loved her animal companions, worked crossword puzzles, and was a huge fan of the Yankees.

There will be a private memorial service at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
