Carol L. Boodhansingh
Carol L. Boodhansingh, 77, of Whitehall, passed away Feb. 18, 2011 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Twp. Born in Washington, KS, she was a daughter of the late Elmer and Vera (Dickson) Waterman. She was the loving wife of John "Jack" Boodhansingh with whom she would have celebrated 57 years of marriage on Feb. 27, 2011. She was a member of Immaculate Conception BVM Church, Allentown. She worked for the Lehigh County Courthouse in the Recorder of Deeds and Clerk of Courts offices for 17 years until retiring in 1993. Previously she had worked at Forbes Air Force Base in Topeka, KS. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, traveling, watching old movies, and the times with her walking and sewing club friends. The times most precious to her were caring for her family, especially her grandchildren.
Survivors: Husband; Children, Lisa, wife of Ron Donchez of Bethlehem, Anthony "Tony", husband of Donna of Allentown, Lori, wife of Mark Yonak of Whitehall, Leslie, wife of Scott Smith of Orefield, Julie, wife of Doug Wagner of Maitland, FL, and John, husband of Melissa of San Diego, CA; Sister, Patricia Lundry of Topeka, KS; Brothers, Danny Waterman, husband of Sandy of Topeka, KS and Scott Waterman, husband of Vicki of Assaria, KS; 17 Grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and other relatives. She was predeceased by a sister, Connie Murphy, and two brothers, Steve and Dale Waterman.
