Barbara C. Steibly, 62 of Coopersburg, formerly of Cumberland, MD passed away in Valley Manor. Born in West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Bryce V. and Bertie V. (Cowgill) Twigg. She was the wife of the late Frank Gerald Steibly who passed away on 2/8/2009. Barbara was employed by Lions Manor Cumberland, MD, retiring in 1998.
Survivors: Sons; James R. Dyche and his wife Christine of Coopersburg. Timothy B. Dyche of Delaware, Stephen C. Dyche of Kentucky. Patrick Steibly of Virginia. Daughter; Geraldine Milburn of Delaware. Brother; Thomas Cowgill and his wife Carol. Sisters; Marcil Nazellrod, Doris Allen, Lottie Duckworth, Jane Dignan, & Nyoka Able. 13 Grandchildren. She was predeceased by 3 Brothers & 2 Sisters.
