Barbara A. Reed, 83, of Allentown, passed away peacefully December 9, 2024. She was the daughter of the late Paul and Viola (Moyer) Gouldner. Barbara was preceded in passing by her loving husband of 54 years, Arthur D. Reed Jr. in 2016.

Barbara loved crocheting and playing bingo. She adored spending time with her grandchildren.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Scott Allen Reed and wife Tara of Lansford, Wayne Lee Reed and wife Bobbie Jo of Walnutport, Lorrie Reed and life partner Rachel Warner of Emmaus, Vickie Reed Eltz and spouse Derek Worman of Slatington. 14 Grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, and her siblings: Pam, wife of Lynn Ebling, Patricia, wife of Patrick Reynolds, and Jim Gouldner and his wife, Rhonda. She also leaves behind a cherished extended family at Phoebe assisted living in Allentown.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in passing by a son, Jeffrey Reed, and a brother, Ronald Gouldner.

A viewing will be held Thursday, December 12, 2024 from 11AM until the service at 12PM all at Weber Funeral Home 502 Ridge Avenue Allentown, PA 18102. Burial to follow at Cedar Hill Memorial Park.
