Badrie Younes, age 93, of Allentown, PA, passed January 26th, 2025. She was born January 1st, 1932 in Amar Al-Hosn, Syria, to parents Aziz and Aziza Ibrahim. Badrie was the wife of the late Anis Younes for 32 years, and worked as an English Teacher for Ghassaniah High School.

In addition to her parents and husband, Badrie is also predeceased by her sister Jamilee Atiyeh and brother Ibrahim Ibrahim. Badrie is survived by sons Habib (Dina) Younes and Fadi (Milia) Younes; grandchildren Jack, Abigail, and Genesis, and thirteen nieces and nephews.

Badrie was a strong woman, devoted wife, and loving mother. She was dedicated to her faith, often found reading the bible. Badrie was devoted to her family, keeping up with all her relatives, no matter how distant. She was always selfless, putting her family and community before her own needs. Badrie was also a very sharp dresser, always put together, well groomed, and presenting her best self to the world.

Services for Badrie will be help Friday, January 31st, 2025. A visitation will be held at Arabic Living Evangelical Congregational Church 527 7th Ave, Bethlehem, PA 18018 beginning at 10 a.m., with a funeral service to begin at 11 a.m., and burial to follow at Laurel Cemetery.
