Obituary
Arthur E. Phelps, of Wescosville, was surrounded by his loving family when he peacefully passed away on February 10
th
at the age of 74. He was born in Bethlehem to the late Arthur and Helen (Huk) Phelps and has been married to his loving wife Jean (Rabik) for 45 years.
Survivors
: Wife Jean, Children: Bryan Phelps, Kevin and wife Farrah Phelps, and Lori and husband John Hertzog. Grandchildren: Liam, Brittany, Brendan, and Gavin. Great Granddaughter Melanie.
