Arlene B. Foley, 85, passed away Thursday, February 29, 2024 at St. Luke's in Bethlehem. She was born May 4, 1938 in Plymouth, PA, the daughter of the late John and Blanche (Haracz) Rozanski.

She worked for many years as a bookkeeper for Weight Watchers International. In her earlier years, she was a member of the Cathedral of St. Catharine of Siena and enjoyed being a member of the Twin Mothers Club. She loved reading, shopping, listening to Elvis, and her pets. She was a proud grandmother and will be dearly missed by her family.

Arlene is survived by son, Bill Foley of Emmaus; two daughters, Suzette (Joseph) Stephens of Dallas, TX and Suzanne (John) Sharpe of Allentown; and six grandchildren, Jack, Megan, Sam, Colin, Julia, and Gwen.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased in 1986 by her loving husband of 20 years, Bill Foley.

Professional Services are entrusted to Weber Funeral Homes, P.C. in Allentown. Services are private. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Arlene's memory to an animal rescue of their choice.
