Arlene L. "Nudt" Ankrom, 81, of Whitehall Twp., died Wednesday October 1, 2008 at her residence. She was the wife of Harold H. "Bud" Ankrom for 45 years before his death on May 4, 1990. Born in Fullerton, she was the daughter of the late Ferdinand and Pfronia (Kriner) Wiltraut. Her faith was strong. She lived her life with great zest and ever-present optimism. Her two greatest loves were her family and music. She taught herself to play the piano. We always will remember her with a song in our hearts. Survivors: Daughter, Linda L. wife of Ronald C. Gilbert of South Whitehall Twp.; brother Richard Wiltraut of Whitehall Twp.; grandchildren, Sherry, Wendy, Bart, Steph, and Scott; eleven great-grandchildren.
