Antonios R. Sankari, 70, of N. Catasauqua, died Thursday December 14, 2006 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Twp. He was the husband of Siham (Hanna) Sankari. Born in Zwatini, Syria, a son of the late Rofael and Nadema (Karam) Sankari. Antonios was a member of St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church of Allentown. Survivors: Wife; sons, Haisam of N. Catasauqua, Walid of Whitehall, George of Orefield and Imad of Allentown; daughters, Nahaound Yacoub of Allentown, Violet Sankari of Catasauqua and Oudet Salibi of Syria; brothers, Chiban of Allentown, Hanna of AbouDabi, Mike, Jaber, Abraham and Marwan all of Syria and Georges of Whitehall; sisters, Mouna Makhoul and Hassan Jarrah both of Syria; sixteen grandchildren.
