Annette, 59, of Allentown passed away on October 28, 2013. She was born on April 12, 1954 to the late Earl and Althea (Wagner) Smith, and was a lifelong resident of Allentown. She is predeceased by her daughter Jennifer; sister Rose; and brother Ed.

Survivors: Sons Joseph and Peter; sisters Shirley, Carolyn, Emma, Althea, and Cindy; 11 grandchildren; and many other loving family and friends at Liberty Nursing Center.

Services: Viewing Thursday, October 31 from 6-8pm at Weber Funeral Home, 502 Ridge Avenue, Allentown. Internment Monday, November 4, 1:00pm at Cedar Hill Memorial Park, 1700 Airport Rd, Allentown.
