Anna Laubach

Anna Laubach, 96, formerly of Whitehall, passed away Nov 17, 2013 at Wood River Village Nursing Home, Bensalem. Born in Upper Saucon Twp., she was a daughter of the late Alvise and Maria (DeSordi) Vanin. She was the wife of the late Joseph A. Brunner and Blaine C. Laubach. She was a member of St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church, Whitehall. She was a member of the Golden Ages Senior Citizens Club at St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church. She was a sewing machine operator in many textile mills for over 40 years until retiring in 1973.
Survivors: Sons, Alvin Brunner husband of Barbara, James Brunner, husband of Deborah, and Dr. Thomas Brunner; Brother, Jerry Vanin; Grandsons, Matthew, Gregory, Stephen, Jonathan, and Brandon; Great Grandchildren, Gemma, Miriam, and Cecelia; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by three brothers, Peter, Alfred, and Wiedo Vanin, and two sisters, Alma Radle and Eva Schapitl.
Services: Mass of Christian Burial, 10:00 AM, Fri., Nov. 22, 2013 at St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church, 618 Fullerton Ave., Whitehall. Viewing: 6:00 - 8:00 PM, Thurs., Nov. 21st at Weber Funeral Home, 502 Ridge Ave., Allentown, PA and 9:00 - 9:45 AM, Friday at the church. Interment will follow the mass at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery, Whitehall. (www.weberfuneralhomes.com)
