Alois C. "Jack" Rutz, of Allentown, passed away on April 12th at the age of 96. He was born in Allentown to the late: Alois A. and Elizabeth Eve (Bremmer) Rutz and was predeceased by his wife Genevieve (Wisser), Sister Dolores Chamberlain, and Nephews James Chamberlain and John E. Muik Jr.. Jack had been a Army veteran of WWII, serving as a Staff Sergeant with the 801st Engineering Aviation Battalion. He had owned and operated Alois Rutz Plumbing and Heating, in Allentown, for many years and was a member of both the American Legion Post #576 and the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
Survivors: Sister Mary Ann and husband John Muik Sr., Nieces Christine O'Neill and Kathleen Betz.
Services: A viewing will be held on Wednesday April 17 starting at 9:30 Am to be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30Am both will be at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Allentown
