Albert "Booty" Joseph, 92, of Allentown, died March 12, 2012 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Twp. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Joseph and Nishmi (Domit) Albert. He was the loving husband of the late Doris M. (Wenhold) Joseph for 43 years until her passing in 1996. He was a member of St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church, Allentown. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII. He worked for Purolator Industries and was a unionized roofer for over 15 years. He was a member of the former 6th Ward Democratic Club.
Survivors: Son, David, husband of Alice (Hadeed) of Allentown; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers, Isaac "Zakie" and Abraham "Bam" Joseph, and one sister, Elizabeth "Shay" LeGerda.
Services: A viewing will be held from 9:30 - 10:45 AM to be followed by a service at 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 17, 2012, both at St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church, 1011 Catasauqua Ave., Allentown, PA 18102. Interment at Laurel Cemetery. (www.weberfuneralhomes.com)
