Albert P. "Butch" Kohler Jr., 59, of Northampton, passed away Feb. 9 at Lehigh Valley Hospital Salisbury Twp., after a long fight with leukemia. Born in Northampton, he was the son of the late Hattie (Galler) and Albert Kohler Sr. Butch was the husband of Sharon (Woodring) with whom he celebrated 34 yrs. of marriage in Aug. He was employed by the former Valley Ready Mix now Skrapits Concrete since 1973. Butch was a member of the East Bath Rod & Gun Club, Lappawinzo Fish and Game Club, Keystone Rod & Gun Club, and the H.O.G.S. He had a passion for fishing, riding motorcycles, hunting and golfing. He was a member of Emmanuel's Lutheran Church in Emmanuelsville. Survivors: He will be greatly missed by his loving wife; son Tobias and wife Amanda of Northampton; daughter, Melanie wife of Mark Christopher; sisters, Dorothy Campbell, Frances Dreisigmeyer, Alice Nagy, Karen Kohler; nieces and nephews; his dog Chinchi and his grand puppies, Simon and Hannah; countless family and friends.
