Agnes E. Goldschmidt, 91, of Whitehall, PA died January 8, 2021.  Born in Allentown, she was a 1947 graduate of Allentown Central Catholic High School.  A very gifted singer, she was a singer/soloist in her high school choir and also sang with her sisters.  She was a faithful parishioner of St. Francis of Assisi where she sang in the church choir for over 20 years and volunteered often at Sacred Heart Hospital as part of her beloved Womens Auxillary.  She was a beautiful woman inside and out and her life's focus was her family as she loved to travel the world with her sweetheart of 57 years, Edward.  Agnes was predeceased by her husband, Edward; daughter, Linda and siblings, Elizabeth, Anna, Theresa and Carl.  She leaves to cherish fond memories her children, Diane Banus (Steve) of Northampton, Robert (Nancy) of Lower Macungie, Carol Guanowsky (Glenn) of Allentown, Gail Nobles of Scottsdale, AZ and Donna Buss (Dale) of Lancaster; sisters, Helen and Esther, 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grands and a host of other loving family and friends.  Per the family's request services will be private.  In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Alzheimer's Association.
